James Nash, Fishing Division
James is a fifth generation Wallowa County rancher. He studied abroad on a foreign exchange to Norway in 2002-2003 and graduated from Enterprise High School in 2004. He attended the University of Montana-Western and graduated with a degree in Literature and Writing in 2009 and joined the Marine Corps that same year. He commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in 2010 and trained to become a tank platoon commander and served as such in the 2d Tank Battalion, 2d Marine Division. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 and was wounded twice before returning with his unit in 2013. James was medically retired as a Captain in 2014 and is living back on his family ranch in Wallowa County. He guides for Winding Waters River Expeditions and spends his free time hunting, fishing, and hanging out with his awesome wife, Danielle, and their dog, Claire.
Jim Webber, Construction Division
Jim has been a carpenter/superintendent for over 40 years. He started life in California but has lived in Colorado, Texas and Oregon. He is currently employed with Adroit Construction in the Rogue Valley where he works as a job superintendent. He loves the outdoors, likes to play golf, ride his bike and travel. Jim feels he was called to help at Divide Camp because of the love he has for his country. He is grateful for the young men & women that have given so much to everyone in this country. Upon learning of the vision for Divide Camp – Jim immediately jumped on board and has been involved in many aspects of it. He feels God has given him 40 years of construction experience so he can be involved in such a meaningful endeavor. He is especially happy to be able to help out our veterans.
Nicci Pretti-Catlett, Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in Colorado; Nicci moved to Arizona and began a career in hospitality doing procurement for resort restaurants. After 12 years in Arizona she moved back to her home state of Colorado.. In 2003 she and her husband James moved to Oregon where she was a buyer for renewable energy products. Currently Nicci and James, and horse-loving daughter Bella, reside in southern Oregon in the town of Williams. Nicci is involved in the Josephine County Search and Rescue and is working on her education for a career in nursing. They run a family farm and enjoy riding their mules and horses. Nicci currently manages the DC twitter account and they travel to Wallowa County to help out as often as they can.
Tiffany “Tiff” Ryan, Communications Team Member and Camp Cook
Tiffany has spent most of her life in the Applegate Valley. She earned a degree in biology from SOSC (now SOU) in Ashland and worked as a wildlife biologist for a company in Portland for about 8 years. Tiffany returned to the Applegate in 2001 and opened a farm & garden store where she met and married her husband, Frank – a proud former Marine. Tiffany is excited for the opportunity that Divide Camp provides – giving back to those who gave so much for our country – the land of the free BECAUSE of the brave. Tiff enjoys the fine art of Dutch Oven Cooking and has shared her skills with groups at camp.
Matthew Hay, Property Division
Matt was born in March of 1987 to Dave and Laura Hay in Medford, OR. When Matt was 7 years old his family moved to Enterprise where he spent most of his adolescent years hunting, fishing and being outdoors in the Wallowa Mountains. In 2007 Matt joined the Oregon ARMY National Guard as a Cavalry Scout. In 2009 he deployed with 82nd Cavalry to Baghdad, Iraq on a personnel security detail. Matt is currently serving as a combat medic in the guard. He began his involvement with Divide Camp in the spring of 2013 working on a number of construction projects with his step-dad James Burton. In addition to time he spends at camp – he also represents camp in meetings with various organizations. Matt contributes as much volunteer time as he can at camp and has a heart for the mission.
Signe Kaber, Fundraiser
Signe lives in Summerville, Oregon. An Oregon native, she is a wife, mother, business owner, and lover of the outdoors. She especially enjoys horseback riding, shooting, hunting, camping and fishing. Signe read a story about Divide Camp in the La Grande paper and started emailing with a heart to help out the veterans. She believes Divide Camp provides a wonderful opportunity to give healing, understanding and hope to wounded veterans. “It's impossible to walk in the woods and be in a bad mood at the same time.” She believes in the healing power of nature and also believes in Camp. Signe has been a fundraiser for the camp since last summer. She hopes to continue spreading the word and accepting donations for the program. We are honored to have her on our team!

Johna Marcum, Communications Team Member
Johna Marcum is a native of Wallowa County and has been involved with Divide Camp since 2014. She and her husband, Jody, live in Enterprise. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Her son Andy is a combat wounded Marine who served in Afghanistan. Daughter Arielle enjoys baking cookies for the veterans at camp. Johna has a heart for Divide Camp and our wounded veterans and serves in our organization by being a part of our Communications Team. She manages the contact database, sends out our newsletters and enjoys visiting the camp and helping out there as well.
